Rockin' Red Lips!!

There is something nostalgic about bright red lips. Red lipstick is a must have accessory for vintage lovers, pinups, and girls galore.

Steps to Luscious Red Lips:

1. Before applying the perfect shade, apply liner first! Some of my reds tend to smudge, keep your color on your lips by using a liner to lock it in place. Lining isn't only for defining!!

2. I love my the make-up counter at Dillard's. They always take the time to help me find the perfect red. I can rock a bright red in the winter. A dark red looks sultry with my summer tan!

3. Some of my favorite reds include, (1) MAC Ruby Woo. It’s even a fave of Dita Von Teese (per her Twitter). The color is thick and rich, blue-red, and it does not budge all day. And its only $14 USD. (2) Revlon Fire and Ice. Perfect coral red that's been around since the 50s. Silky smooth, soft, and creamy. (3) Chanel Rouge Allure Romantic 28. Darker red is perfect for tan skin tones. According to Chanel this lipstick is "An instant icon, this luxurious lipstick formula combines lustrous colour, sensational comfort and fabulous wear."
